Sustainability Description

In order to prevent a negative impact on the environment, 95% of the wood used for handles is sourced from sustainably managed French forests. Opinel products are mainly recyclable and made from recycled materials.

Care

The stainless steel blade contains anti-corrosive properties thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. The blonde hornbeam wood handle is varnished for protection against moisture and dirt.
